HE WATCHES OVER HIS WORD!!!

One of the best told and inspirational stories in the Bible is the story of the young man David, who brought down the mighty giant Goliath. For days, Goliath had challenged the Israelite army to pick a man to fight him one-on-one. His taunts only made them cower with fear. Amazingly, the whole army put their hope in this boy who was not even strong enough to move in the king’s armour! I found it really intriguing to learn that David killed the giant not just with any stone but a smooth one and that stone sunk right into his forehead! I might not have been that impressed if the stones were rough, like i had first imagined. A smooth stone actually sinking in this giants forehead is totally unbelievable, but God does exactly that! Well, before David ever even fought Goliath, he declared in advance by faith that he was going to defeat him. He declared the word of God into the circumstance and sure enough, God performed his very word. I believe David might have just right gone over and pushed Goliath and he probably would have died too. You see, David had done the most important thing, he had spoken the word of God, and God did confirm his word!

Let’s dive into yet another story, this time one of the wonderful miracles of Jesus. In John 5, Jesus healed a man who had been sick for 38 long years. Jesus didn’t touch him, to heal him all he did was just to speak to him! All he said was "Get up! Pick up your mat and walk." Jesus spoke just a few words and that was enough to heal this man of his chronic disease. I wouldn’t be surprised if all along he had never heard the Word of God about his life, about his health. He might only have heard people telling him he could never make it, all possibility of him getting well was far-fetched. All the words in his heart were “you can’t make it, you’ll never get well, you’re going to be sick your whole life;” all he ever heard was man’s words of impossibilities and limitation. Well, Jesus walks on the scene and what he tells him is “you have what it takes”, “you can be whole again.” In telling him to rise up and walk JESUS WASN’T ONLY TELLING HIM WHAT TO DO, HE WAS TELLING HIM WHAT HE COULD DO! He was telling him he could stretch beyond that which seemed possible; he could rise above the chains that held him, above every obstacle that stood in his way!!! The story ends so beautifully, just as Jesus had asked him to, the man did. Once the sick man allowed the word of God to settle in him, once he believed that word, God performed it. When asked how he was healed, he reported that a man (Jesus) asked him to rise up pick his mat and walk!! How wonderful! The Word of God had saved him!

The Bible says in Jeremiah 1: 12 that God watches over his word to perform it. The key then is to keep the word of God in your heart and in your life. At times when things tend to be going contrary to what you know God has planned for you, when things seem to be getting out of control, still continue to hold on to his word. Speak His word into your life, into your circumstance, even into the lives of others and you would realize that it would definitely come to pass. His word never returns to him without achieving what he sent it for. Your heart is the soil in which the word of God would grow. Even in the dark moments hold on to his word for where the word of the King of kings is, his power is present to work and to bring you to the end which he has designed for you.

I want you to live for tomorrow continually incubating the word of God in your life. I want you to hold on to, to grasp firmly the word of God over your life. Know that once you give it first place in your life, above every situation and circumstance that might look threatening, God will see it and perform it for and in you.

Definitely, his word would bring you to that end he has written for you!!!

SUCCESS ON HAND.

Another glorious week is here again. This week brings us the light of success and the life of living in it. Who doesn't want to be successful in life? I sound really silly right, but let's ask ourselves if we really want to be successful? Lets look at some Keys which put your SUCCESS ON HAND.

THE WORD OF GOD: Looking at  Proverbs 4:20-22, Inclining our ears means paying attention and obeying. This exudes OBEDIENCE. GOD also admonishes us  to keep them in our hearts because His Word is life to us. What can we say about this Word of Life? The Word of GOD points to us in Joshua 1:8 HONESTY(thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein...) ie. to say that if you don't observe even a single one of them you miss out. Honesty is always important. You want to be successful, go to the Word of GOD. Honesty and Obedience always walk hand in hand. Without Obedience, there is no Honesty.
This Word of Life also build up FAITH in us. Remember in Hebrews 10:38 we the just have to live by faith? Yes the faith we have to live by comes from this very Word of GOD(Romans 10:17). Faith is always what wins the day for us. Without reading that you are successful, you would never see yourself and believe yourself to be successful in Jesus Christ.

GRACE: Grace is unmerited favour. Pastor Joel Osteen once said Grace always superceeds the opposition!!! HALLELUJAH!!! This I must say, I strongly believe. 2 Corinthians 12:9; And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Amen. When we come up against the issues of life. This shows us the importance of Grace. We first have to openly admit our weakness to GOD. Admitting our weakness allows the strength of GOD to take over as it says in the verse and His strength take us accross for our success. So we can always say GRACE SUPERCEEDS THE OPPOSITION!!! Philippians 4:13. GLORY TO GOD!!!

DILIGENCE: This key is always the part where some believers fail in. Diligence is giving your all when you have been assigned a portion of work to do. Diligence isn't doing the work partially or not at all. Lets see Proverbs 13:4; The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. Amen. To be a success we have to be diligent. You have to work hard and be truthful. People wonder why others are successful and they aren't. Diligence is the key!!! If you are lazy, then your bed has already being made!!! You will desire much but have nothing!!!

But at the end of the day, when it's all been said and done, true success is all about knowing Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. People are successful and yet unhappy because they don't know Jesus. I'd that we be successful and know our Lord as well. Remember what GOD says in Isaiah 55:10; For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Amen. Trust the Word of Truth to acheive it's purpose in your life today because it is the power of our GOD unto the salvation of our souls(Romans 1:16). Success here being a salvation of our souls from the bondage of failure. The Word of GOD has been given the mandate to bring prosperity to your life!!!
 
THE WORD OF GOD coupled with the unmerited GRACE OF GOD, and on our part FAITH, DILIGENCE, HONESTY and OBEDIENCE will make our success on hand. GLORY TO GOD!!! Have a fruitful week filled with the supernatural blessing of the Lord Jesus Christ. GOD BLESS YOU!!!

THE UNLIMITED MAN

Let's look at something from the Bible. I urge you to prepare yourself for the coming life and light!!! Last week Kobby led us to see the Light of the Love of GOD which is everlasting. This week let's look at walking in that love. The love that makes you unlimited... John 6:63; It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. Amen. The Word of GOD is spirit and this gives us life. Let's take some more of this into our spirits so it will mean life for us.

                                                                          Romans 8:28-31.

 Romans 8:28; And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Amen.....The Word of GOD says in Ephesians 2:10 that we are GOD's workmanship created in Christ Jesus. Will GOD allow His creation to suffer for nothing? NO!!! Don't allow the devil to lie to you, no matter the situation you are going through, it is working out for you good. Because you are called out of love into the plan of GOD. GLORY TO GOD!!!

Romans 8:29; For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. Amen..... You are justified!!! I say You are justified!!! 2 Corinthians 5:21. This shows  us the justification of our GOD. We were out of place but out of His abundant love, GOD gave up Jesus that we might be made righteous!!! HALLELUJAH!!! The Bible also says in Isaiah 43:7 that we who have been or are called by the name of our King have been made for His glory. We manifest His glory. You aren't just any simple person, you were created in the love of our master, even when we went astray, out of love we were saved, made right through the blood of our King Jesus Christ and now we are living in the glory of our King.

Romans 8:31; What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Amen..... We are the workmanship of our GOD, we are justified by the blood of Jesus, we are made for the glory of GOD because He predestinated us for that glory!!! No matter what you are going through, GOD is on your side!!! Therefore no one can come against you!!! You are mighty full of power, the power of the Holy Ghost. Joel 3:9-10. Wake up if you have been dormant, if you thought you were weak, by the love of GOD in you, and the presence of the Holy Spirit, wake up you mighty man & say you are strong!!!! GLORY TO GOD!!! 1 John 4:4; Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. Amen.....You are unlimited in all aspects of life!!! You have overcome the world my brother and my sister. You have been set free from all sorts of oppression by the power of GOD and in the name of JESUS!!!
I urge us to realise the power of the love of GOD. The love that has set us free, the love that has made us to overcome the issues of this world. This love that has made you an unlimited person in Jesus!!!!

GO FORTH AS MIGHTY AS THE LORD SAYS YOU ARE, GOING PAST AND DOING  ALL THE WORLD SAID YOU COULDN'T. YOU WERE PREDESTINATED, YOU HAVE BEEN JUSTIFIED BY YOUR FAITH IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS, THEREFORE MOVE FORTH IN GLORY. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO YOU!!! BECAUSE GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD. GLORY TO GOD!!! Give thanks to GOD right now!!!

His Love is EVERLASTING

It’s amazing how some topics come up and you’re never able to talk about them to completion. No matter how much we have elaborated on the love of God, I doubt we would ever be able to say that we have dissected all its width and length and height and depth. It’s like this commercial on the radio: a child tells the friend that some conversations never end; all you have to do is just keep on asking ‘and then’ after the other person has answered the question you just asked. 

I believe the love of God is just like that. We could keep on asking ‘and then’ even after every single person, all the 6 billion plus people on earth, have described it every second of every day of their lives; and that is how great God’s love for us is! God’s love is simply so encompassing of our lives; it begins before our pasts and lasts longer than our future! This is what is intimated in the book of Jeremiah. “The Lord appeared to us from afar saying, I have loved you with an EVERLASTING love”! – If you would just pause a minute to dwell and reflect on this a bit. God’s love for you is everlasting; it began even before you were born! Although you might have made some mistakes, or might be feeling guilty and unworthy, you might even be feeling rejected and neglected, but remember this: The Almighty and all powerful God loved you even before you did anything to deserve his love, and he still does. Be assured that God has already decided to love you, and He’s decided to love you with a love that knows no beginning and no end – it’s everlasting! 

Because of God’s great love for you, He will always provide you with the good things that He has stored and purposed for you. God loves you so much that he will continually protect you; his love is so endless that u can count on him to comfort you in those anxious moments. Song of Solomon 2: 4 says: “He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love [for love waved as a protecting and comforting banner over my head when I was near him].” Let your mind be put to rest in God, put your faith in him; he has brought you to the banqueting house, not just an ordinary dinner table, but to the place of abundance, and of lavish provision! I’m beginning to imagine how awesome and wonderful that is; envision the banqueting house of the King of kings, the Creator of the universe, the One who made the gold and the silver!

Do what David did and assure yourself of God’s love each morning. Take a look at God’s creation and reflect on all the good things he’s done for you in your life so far. Even if things have not gone as you wanted them to, you still do have a lot to be grateful for. Spending time to appreciate these gifts will give you a spirit of expectancy to receive even greater things from him. In Psalm 136:9 David mentions how God created the moon and stars, and reminds himself that God’s love endures forever. It’s like each time David looked at the moon, or looked at a star he was reminded of the love of God. Now think of the stars as all the many reminders God has given to remind you of His love! When you’re feeling down, look at the moon, a star, the clouds, the heavens, his creation, and remind yourself that God has enveloped you in his comforting love.

I want you to wake up each day, and meditate and declare God’s incredible love for you. Remind yourself of how God loves you so much he even gave the most valuable person he had and loved, his Son Jesus, for you. Know that if He didn’t even withhold the most important person he had from you, then there’s no way he’s ever going to stop being good to you.

I want you to live for tomorrow knowing that God’s love is enough to last you a lifetime and beyond! God has decided to love you today, and tomorrow, and the next day and the next day and the next and ……. It’s everlasting!!!

THE TRUTH OF YOUR VICTORY

Beloved, The onus is laid upon me to reveal this to you and the world. Are you living under constant condemnation, guilt or feeling  constantly burdened with what you don't even know you have done. I proclaim victory into your life today in Jesus name.

Romans 2:1-2 lets us know that no one can condem you because of our faith in the work of  our Savior Jesus Christ. You are set free from sin, the condemnation and death by the power of the Holy Spirit, this is because you are the son of GOD. GLORY TO GOD!!! I will to tell you today that, once you have been set free, you never have to go back to feeling that you are made righteous because of what you do. Far from that, your righteousness is because of what GOD did for you and I on Calvary. I Corinthians 5:21. HALLELUJAH!!!

A secret to our victory comes from Colossians 2:14-16. Jesus took it all to the cross. Oh how sweet to hear this!!! Took the devil and made a spectacle of him, leaving him powerless!!! YEA!!! The devil has no power of you!!! Take hold of your victory in Jesus'  mighty name!!! I will like to proclaim your success and victory to you right now. Philippians 4:13 lets us know that once the Lord Jesus Christ who made a spectacle of the devil lives in you, you can do all things, YEA nothing is impossible. What you couldn't do a while back you are doing even better than that in Jesus name!!! Where you couldn't go, you are ggoing because Jesus lives in you. HALLELUJAH!! Mark 9:23 lets us know that if and only if you believe, all these will be possible unto you. Believe is a word I would like us to keep close to our hearts. Amen

Meditate on I Corinthians 1:30 and have a blessed week. Go forth being the blessing you have been made unto the world. Speak a word of blessing into the life of all the people you meet. GOD BLESS YOU!!!!

A WORD FOR YOU LIFE

Beloved your today is better than your yesterday & your tomorrow will be the best (Proverbs 4:18)!!! What the Lord has planned for you will make heads turn when you walk the corner (Isaiah 43:7)!!! This is because once GOD has you, He has you written in the palm of His hands (Isaiah 49:14-16)!!! GLORY TO GOD!!! You are a blessing to your world!!! fear sickness & failure aren't your portion, Righteousness, Peace & Joy in the Holy Ghost are your best portion because you are part of the kingdom of Heaven (Romans 14:17) !!! HALLELUJAH!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!! Thank GOD for the wonderful life he has given you and I this very day.
