Whatever we want accomplished in life comes with seasons. There is a time for everything. The most important parts of it all are how we manage our time and what we do during the time accorded us. Success comes with time. This new year, many of us have taken resolutions never to do one thing or another, to go some places and not others. But the question is didn't we make those same resolutions last year? What happened?
Ecclesiastes 3:1; To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. Amen. This is the LAW OF PURPOSE. What have we planned to do this year? That brings a question, have we found your purpose in life? If not, I want you to ask Jesus to come into your life because He has it all planned out for us as Ephesians 1:3; says Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will. Amen. To further back this point, lets read Ephesians 2:10; For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Amen. Isn't GOD a marvelous GOD? He predestinated us for good works, that is purpose. OUR PURPOSE IS FOUND ONLY IN JESUS CHRIST. When we have Jesus in our heart, we will automatically know what to do but there is always a problem with inspiration. Is what you have planned to do inspired by the Spirit of GOD? The fact that it is a good thing doesn't make it a GOD thing. If we have purposed to get closer to Jesus more this year, the simple way of doing so is through prayer, fasting and meditation. What plan have we drawn up?
Whatever we do to start us on our way is a seed. We are the seed of our parents because they set out for a family here on earth. THE LAW OF THE SEED sets in after the law of purpose. Ecclesiastes 3:2; A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted. Amen. This points out the law of the seed. When we plant a seed, we expect it to grow and produce fruits, if not then why bother? When we plant the seed, we water it and nuture it for it to grow. OUR PURPOSE, WITHOUT THE SPIRIT OF GOD WAS DEAD EVEN BEFORE IT CAME INTO ACTION. GOD has given us His Spirit so be able to carry out our purpose on this earth. Get closer to the Holy Spirit and watch Him nuture you through this coming year. To be able to accomplish the purpose of getting closer to Jesus, we have to sow the seed of time. We christians have always the attitude of winners, but if we laze around, all our confession of prosperity will come to nothing. We can go to church all day but without working, it results to zero. We can't sow to things contrary to the Holy Spirit and expect spiritual growth, our confession of power is at stake here. Only GOD is immortal, we will die and face judgement. It is out of line to overcome the devil by playing in his background, it will never happen. What we sow is what we will definitely reap. Proverbs 20:4 says The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing.Amen. You want to be successful but what time have you have accorded to your purpose? We all want the best things of life but trust me if we don't sow the seed of time, we won't make it.
To finish this first part of this series, I will like to remind us of the law of purpose and the law of the seed. Without purpose, our seed was, is and will always be useless. When we find our purpose in Christ Jesus, the type of seed we sow will always determine the fruit we produce. Sow the right seed for the right purpose!!! The law of seasons!!!
Meditation; Ecclesiastes 3, Galatians 5 :22-26, Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, Romans 8:19, Ecclesiastes 8:5.
